Proposed OIX Bylaws Updates

OIX proposes changes to its bylaws to reflect organizational changes. These changes are reflected in a redline version of the document available HERE. OIX Members may comment on these changes at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 5, 2023 or send feedback to [email protected]. The changes, along with the board member candidates, will be part of the ballot sent to members at the conclusion of the AGM and will be open for a period of one week.
