OIX Is proposing a bylaw update which will be on the Board election ballot. The Board election will be open at 12:30 CT, Dec 3rd for a period of one week. In addition to the candidate selection for the OIX Board there will be an "approve" or "not approve" question concerning the proposed bylaw update.
Details of the Bylaw update:
"Section 9. Meetings and Quorum
The Board of Directors will may meet in person at least once per fiscal year, and may meet via conference calls on a more regular basis."
-OIX is proposing replacing the word "will" with the word "may".
